The target group of youths continued languishing in poverty due to lack of proper structures and strategies of implementing this programme to its conclusion. In developing countries the youth still remain vulnerable to poverty and other vices. This study therefore was necessitated by the fact that youths being the majority of the population, their programmes needs to be implemented successful to realize development goals in these countries. 52 pp. Englisch.
