When it comes to the conceptual framework for the analysis, this study employed Dennis Sandole¿s good three pillar approach, in mapping out the causes of conflict in Moyale area, and also assess the traditional ways of conflict resolution for future intervention strategies. The study analyzed the major causes of conflict situation at Moyale area of Ethiopia-Kenya cross border areas.
