This book also describes how I sought - voluntarily a Psychologist that cared for helping to defend me in probate court helping to prevent further psychiatric oppression and harm. It is hoped that the reader becomes inspired to be the best you can be and not let anyone's opinion cause you negativity. We each know our own capabilities. I've remained positive even after 35 years of intermittent forced psychotropic medications due to a psychiatric system and petitioners not being empathic and understanding. It is of great relief in writing this book so that I can portray the real me not even tried to be expressed by an oppressive psychiatric system, and lack of good communication in the hopes of changing psychiatry, and exoneration from non-empathetic practitioners, careless - stigmatized thinking, and ailing mental health system.
