He has been teaching research courses to graduate, postgraduate and research students for over three decades. Dr. Lal Das has a number of books and research papers to his credit. He has authored six books so far in the areas of personnel management and research. His first fullscale venture into social research was "Practice of Social Research: A Social Work Perspective." The book has received widespread adoption at both the graduate and the postgraduate levels.
