The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of a program inspired by therapeutic education on the quality of life and nutritional status of adult dysphagia patients, using the SWAL-QOL questionnaire and weight measurement. An online questionnaire on the interest and feasibility of this project was also proposed. The patients questioned would like this therapeutic education program to improve their quality of life.
