In chapter 1, the introduction of current conveyors has included with the reasons why they become so popular in the field of analog circuit designing. Chapter 2 includes the introduction of inverting second-generation current conveyor (ICCII) with the CMOS implementation of MO-ICCII. Chapter 3 has presented a new circuit of CM universal filter, realizing all the filter responses simultaneously with quite good results. A VM universal filter is also proposed having the benefit from grounded components. Chapter 4 deals with various applications employing MO-ICCII. Firstly a novel grounded inductor is realized using a single ICCII. A bandpass filter and a new oscillator circuit have been presented based on a simulated grounded inductor. Finally, an oscillator circuit using MO-ICCII is proposed to have the advantage of independent control of oscillation frequency (FO) without affecting the condition of oscillation (CO).
