The study adopted design a cross sectional and correlation and mixed method for data collection from a total of 64 research participants of the bank. The quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in form of charts, graphs and frequency tables and content data analysis for qualitative data. Pearson correlation technique and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses and to establish the causal relationship between the variables. The major findings of the study were: Financial Rewards, Non-Financial and Rewards management. 116 pp. Englisch.
