Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization technique is applied to sorting out the most lethal cancer among all cancer consider in this study and it is found that Lung and Bronchus cancer is the most fatal. Further we investigate the risk factor associate to Lung and Bronchus cancer by means of Lliterature, Expert and Local Hospital survey. All the risk factor have their own importance for death from cancer in medical aspects.
