This investigation is conducted with specific attention on gender since women entrepreneur are underrepresented compared to their men counterpart. A model tailored for the analyses of entrepreneurship process prior to the level of nascent-entrepreneur is developed. This model is mainly based on the Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior and the Shapero and Sokol's Entrepreneurial Event Formation model.
