The data were collected from 253 teachers drawn from fifteen schools at random. The data was subjected to different statistical analyses. The major findings emerged from the study are Gender, Age, Internet facilities in schools, Computer Uses, Teacher Attitude and Teacher Competency have significantly contributed to Teachers Perception of ICT and its impact on Classroom Learning Productivity. Also, Monthly income, Faculty Discipline and Teaching experience did not play significant role in Teachers' Perception of ICT and its impact on Teaching Learning process. 180 pp. Englisch.
