Although high photosensitivity of the layered single crystals obtained in this work, there is, little information disseminated in literature concerning the photoconductivity (PC) of the aforementioned modifications. Consequently, the work thoroughly demonstrates the electrical and photoelectrical properties of the layered single crystals under investigation.
