Transmission and Prevalence The recent discovery of the coccidian stages of Toxoplasma in the cat intestine and the Toxoplasma oocyst excreted in cat feces, considerably broadens our understanding of Toxoplasma and its transmission (FRENKEL, DUBEY and MILLER, 1970).
