When I was teaching, I could not find an alphabet book that contained all of the teaching components I was looking for. One, all the letters had to have word examples that represented the true sounds the letters make. Two, I carefully chose words all children could identify with. This book is geared towards those children who may not have been exposed to a vast array of words. Three, it is important for the child to connect the sound, visual letter representation, and real-life examples together with motion. That is why they form the letters as they hear and say them.
