We will address critical difficulties for additional progress in cardiology and vascular analysis by adding the advantages of simulation techniques to the state of the art of the medical science. This will be done with the application of dimensional analysis and similitude enabling the organization and simplification of experiments, and in correlation and interpretation of experimental data. A test protocol will give statistical information of cumulative effect of stress on tissues and organs to determine the risks of medium and long-term implant. An investigation will be made for blood flow motion in an electromagnetic field to initiate a new generation of TAHs and, not the least, the size required for the body size of the recipient.
