Paperback. Condición: new. Paperback. Ever wondered about your own awareness? The physicist, Dr. Keith Duane did. He was convinced his individual conscience existed beyond his physical body and came from an unknown source. He was so intent on finding the answer to what made him who he was, he went into seclusion in search of it. The world he stumbled into was beyond his wildest imagination. It was the nano world of quantum mechanics where infinite possibilities exist. He was stunned nearly to insensibility when the quantum he had worked so hard to isolate accidentally entered his body and he became the Invisible Man. In quick succession he found he had powers beyond any of super hero he'd ever read about, or seen in the various media that exploited those fantasies. He found he needed others to join him and went after the Waller siblings Mike, Marie and Nelson, 3 of the brightest minds he'd ever known. After he got them across the thresholds of their disbelief, they joined forces and became the Quantas. They had one thrilling adventure after another, and set in motion ways to help their fellow human beings around the world. It was at the height of their efforts to use their powers for the good of others the Quoids appeared. What the Quantas were taking from the quantum world, the Quoids were taking from the world of dark energy. They could draw powers from that world that would challenge the Quantas in ways they never thought possible. Strap on your imagination and get ready to go where you've never gone before.
