From a biography posted on-line: "Ed Ruggero has been studying, practicing, and teaching leadership for more than two decades. This widely-published author has developed a unique story-telling approach that, combined with his sense of humor, helps audiences explore what it means to lead and discover the deep connections between communication and leadership. n After graduating from West Point in 1980, Ed Ruggero was commissioned in the United States Army and served as an infantry officer in a variety of positions around the world.
