VOLUME V ONLY. xii, 620 pages. Hardcover: H 24.25cm x L 15cm. Original full calf leather binding; front board detached with rear board nearly so; boards rubbed with some staining and wear at corners; spine chipped mostly along front joint with underlying quires exposed towards heel; spine's dark red title label retains bright gilt lettering "Munford's Reports" with a black stamped "5" near center. Edges toned; foxing strongest on early and late leaves but with varied toning throughout; front free endpaper and initial leaves inclusive to page 2 detached; pages 231-248 have chips to bottom fore-edge corners from past fold-ins; brittleness to interior leaves contributes to occasional margin chips and tears; pages 575-602 have large fold-ins from bottom corners up to top corners for which aforementioned brittleness have caused long tears at the fold-lines that perhaps can be addressed by a conservator and have been left folded for such reason; strong creasing to bottom corners of pages 603 to rear free endpaper but without the adverse tearing. A poor copy but an uncommon early nineteen century Fredericksburg, Virginia imprint. {Munford's Reports, Volume III for 1816 and Munford's Reports, Volume IV for 1817 also available.}.…
