A very large proportion of the exhibits came from the Polish Library holdings; these were supplemented by loans from the private collections of Dr. W. Tarnawski and Mr. B. Wolski (Wyrzykowski), and from the Library of the Polish Research Centre, (which has since been incorporated into the Polish Institute and the Sikorski Museum). The Catalogue of the Exhibition listed 202 items; of these 180 belonged to the Polish Library.
