The salinization reduces soil fertili…ty and has a negative social-economical consequence on people leaving on degraded lands. The reclamation of salt-affected soils requires significant financial inputs, which are necessary for transportation of chemical amendments, applying water, etc. To avoid these costly procedures, new technologies are developed for the reclamation of salt-affected soils which allow reducing water necessary for leaching, shorten leaching duration and significantly reduce the volumes of required amendments. It was practically proved that complex desalinization methods of leaching salt-affected salts like application of low frequency mechanical oscillations, three phase systems and their joint application, have clear advantages over traditional methods and can reduce leaching norms and duration twice. The optimum conditions of these processes are elaborated in theory and practice with regards to the frequency of oscillations, the amplitude and its duration. 60 pp. Englisch.

This research aims to investigate effects of using BIM in DBB projects. For this reason, a questionnaire survey was conducted among construction industry practitioners in Iran to evaluate their opinions about using BIM in DBB projects. The study sample consisted of nurse educators from the National Leag…ue of Nursing database. The study purpose was nursing faculty perception of teaching strategies for developing CT. The study explored the teaching nursing students CT affective attributes and cognitive skills in caring for clients with complex and multiple health care situations in technological health care environments. Nursing faculty create learning environments to promote CT. Questionnaires and phone interviews were conducted with nursing faculty on their perception of their effectiveness of teaching CT. Multiple teaching strategies were effective with questioning receiving 64.3% of the responses for teaching CT in classroom and clinical environments. The results indicated that nursing faculty believe that CT is a developmental process throughout the curriculum. The findings are congruent with current thinking about the use of simulation and technology in developing CT. 136 pp. Englisch.

Its specific etiology is not yet known its frequency varies in different racial and ethnic subgroups and is often associated with a strong familial, likely genetic predisposition. It was denoted that type2 DM was associated with certain HLA class II alleles were analyzed for their genotyping by Polymerase Chain Reaction-Sequences Specific Olegionucleotide (PCR-SSO) technique. The present study revealed that diabetic patients were positively associated with HLA-DQB1\*0201 (83% vs. 5.0%) which is the most prevalent in patients followed by DRB1\*1137 (46.7% vs. 0.0%); DRB1\*0401 (41.7% vs. 2.5%),and DRB1\*1306(15% vs.0.0%) while HLA,A\*0201;B\*3559;Cw\*0410 and DQB1\*0501 is negatively associated in type 2DM in comparison to healthy control groups. This study has shown that there is no significant association between FBS,HbA1c,serum insulin,HOMA2 beta-function , HOMA2-IR ,serum adiponectin ,serum adenosine deaminase and HLA alleles . 136 pp. Englisch.

The study examined the degree to which faculty members perceive they are incorporating the teaching of global competencies into their courses and their perceptions of administrative support. Quantitative data were collected using an online survey instrument sent to general education faculty members teaching at community colleges in the State of Florida. Results showed that respondents generally believed that globalization and internationalization are important; however, they were not incorporating international instructional strategies at a level that correlated with their attitudes toward globalization and internationalization. In all disciplines, there was a perception that there was inadequate administrative support to enable them to internationalize the curriculum. The study did conclude that the more years' experience faculty had the more likely they were to be incorporating international instructional strategies. 224 pp. Englisch.
