The object o…f the study is the development of the banking system. The specifics of this system's development were that it was formed predominantly by private investment and was a tool for stimulating private initiative in the economy. There were both periods of growth when foreign capital rushed into the country through financial investment and deep crises when the IMF, as lender of last resort, doused the fire. Today, subsidiaries of international financial holdings from two dozen countries are present in the Ukrainian banking market. They have successfully weathered a succession of economic shocks, and are continuing to develop successfully. The article provides a brief history of the entry of foreign capital. The main indicators of banks with foreign capital participation as of the second quarter of 2019 are analysed. The main macroeconomic imbalances and risks are considered. Despite its current low international rating, Ukraine could prove to be a hotspot for profitable investment. 72 pp. Englisch.

As a result of the work, a method to improve the microbiological resistance of cellulose textile materials by treating them with zinc oxide nanoparticles was proposed. The presence of a written tradition of monuments of folk literature does not allow us to classify it as folklore, and the presence of oral tradition and saturation of folklore elements allows us to talk about folk literature as a specific phenomenon, to distinguish it from the general series of literary genres. This study focuses on the problems linked to the agricultural recovery of solid household waste in the city of… Cotonou. The approach used includes documentary research, surveys, physico-chemical analyzes of household waste. The study found that Cotonou households produce an average of 0.58 kg / hbt per day. This production contains 58% of biodegradable waste which is not sufficiently used for soil fertilization. Moreover, the production of this biodegradable waste varies from one neighborhood to another. Residential neighborhoods produce much more biodegradable waste than lower-income neighborhoods. The biodegradable waste of the city of Cotonou contains nutrients capable of enriching the soil for good agricultural production. The development of such an agricultural sector encounters some difficulties linked to current economic and technical conditions. 76 pp. Englisch.

Care practices are characterized by the lack of organization of nutrition and food services; the absence of policies, screening strategies and management of undernutrition. Sampling was done in three sources or springs: the dam Engº Armando Ribeiro Gonçalves (Assu-RN), Fazenda Ubarana (Ipanguass…u-RN) and the Baixo Assu Project (Alto do Rodrigues-RN), in the period from April 1998 to March 1999, with samples collected from the dam, Amazon well and river, respectively. The analyses were done in the Water and Soil Analysis Laboratory of UFERSA, allowing the classification of the waters as to salinity, sodicity and toxic ions to plants. The results showed that the waters from all the sources analyzed are in condition to be used for irrigation, and that the appropriate management of irrigation is essential to avoid problems arising from the water. 60 pp. Englisch.
