The qualitative approach, the interview technique and the content analysis were used in this study, and as a data collection tool - the interview script. A semi-structured interview was applied to the participants, whose data were submitted to content analysis through the Nvivo 10 computer package, where the categories emerged: society, crimes, rules and offenders. It was found that psychosocial factors influence the practice of crime in a society. Therefore, it is necessary to have favourable basic living conditions for citizens to be stimulated to help develop and to regulate actions aimed at destabilising misconduct and improving social coexistence. 64 pp. Englisch.

Although different methods of analysis have been proposed, very little has yet been done in the area of neutralization systems, basically due to the high complexity involved in such processes. However, a procedure based on the concept of direct minimization of entropy has shown satisfactory results in determining such points of operation. Such methodology was based essentially on mass and enthalpy balances, besides entropy balance, taking into account the kinetic relations of the chemical reactions involved among other thermodynamic relations. As methodological procedures, a descriptive research was used, with a quantitative approach. The data collection was based on company documents and the analysis was presented through tables and graphs. In this sense, as significant results, the financial planning showed a new vision for this company, taking into account the existing possibilities, allowing it to see the scenario in which it was inserted, showing the importance of having a financial planning within an organization. Finally, it was concluded that the company did not have any technique suitable for finances, both in the short and long term, much less had a control instrument, which only increased the financial risk. Therefore, a model of financial planning and controls was developed in order to improve its performance. 68 pp. Englisch.
