The psychophysical experiments provided an evidence that logo colour was strongly associated with industrial sector and with semantic meaning. First, using uranium enrichment to produce fissile material requires less time, fewer steps, and is less expensive than using plutonium production to produce fissile material. Second, technology availability and complexity have been the main barriers for states to acquire significant quantities of fissile material. Third, the uranium enrichment route is less detectable than the plutonium production route by modern intelligence collection means. The conclusions derived from the analysis imply that if a state were to choose between uranium enrichment and plutonium production for fissile material acquisition today, it will likely choose the uranium enrichment. Our main objective is to develop an algorithm that can increase the reliability (such as in terms of minimum energy consumption) and security in the communications path while minimizing overheads. We realize this by assigning costs to every node and links in the path and then optimally selecting a path with the lowest cost that is also secure. We develop an algorithm to efficiently compute a secure and reliable communications path at minimum cost. The proposed approach is compared to a shortest path approach. The study found that the level of 'educative' and 'informative' articles on Islamic propagation displayed on Muslim home pages was still very low. These home pages were found to contain more 'informative' type of articles, a type that concentrated on news about Muslims affairs around the world rather than on propagating Islam. The result of the study disclosed that 48% of information on Muslim home pages was 'informative', and only 37% of the sites were found to be 'educative' on Islamic doctrinal issues. The majority of the population of Yaounde uses tap water exclusively for drinking while depending on groundwater for other domestic purposes. The mean per capita daily tap water consumption in Yaounde is 19.29 litres while the mean per capita groundwater consumption is 32.94 litres. Only 44.12% of the population of Yaounde have SNEC (Socièté Nationale Des Eaux du Cameroun) connections at home while the rest of the population buy their tap water from vendors at exorbitant prices. The over-dependence on groundwater is driven by lack of access to tap water, which is regarded as an improved source but which only a few can afford in sufficient quantities. Domestic water quality in Yaounde is strained by poor sanitation owed to the abandonment of large quantities of waste and the disposal of raw sewage in the environment.
