The text block is very firm and quite even. The prelims are very tanned; the page edges of the block of adverts to rear are tanned; some of the text pages are lightly foxed. "With sixteen maps and plans" (some are fold-out). A few of the maps and plans are wrinkled. There is a small pink attachment on pages 52/53 with additions/corrections. There are 96 additional pages of fascinating advertisements. There is bumping to the covers and the spine is darkened by sunlight. The binding and overall condition is very good for its age.
