Das Buch betrachtet die Vorstellungen über Sevèenko von Schriftstellern, Künstlern, Journalisten, Intellektuellen, Politikern und Wissenschaftlern in der Ukraine vor und nach der Erlangung der Eigenstaatlichkeit im Jahr 1991.
