Very good in colour illustrated card wrappers very slightly browned at edges. No inscriptions. Spine tight. Coloured card pages. Spine creased scuffed and rubbed, but tight. Tiny creases to corners of front wrapper.***220 mm x 160 mm. 72 pages.***According to the introduction, Robin Skelton's heteronym (heteronym, invented by the Portuguese poet Fernando Pessoa: an imaginary person or persons made up by a writer in order to write in different characters and writing styles, also used by writers such as Jose Saramago).*** George "Zuk" was born in Algeria in 1918. In the 1930s the family moved to Marseilles. During the Second World War, "Zuk" worked for the French resistance.
