Full dark brown leather; front board has one small scuff at lower left with decorative vignette stamped at center along with bright gilt lettering. All edges gilt. Laid-in caption sheet present between b/w frontispiece portrait (of Revere by John Singleton Copley) and title page. Interior leaves are clean. Binding is firm.
