In the Trinity area, while securing the marijuana crop, two Federal Agents are murdered in a daring plot by other gang members to retrieve the illegal crop. Osprey goes on the hunt for the nefarious top criminal in charge of the marijuana growing and trafficking operations. The search takes him from the Trinity area to British Columbia and back again to northern California.
