Good Hardback (some wear to bottom edge, firm binding). With the ink ownership inscription of Paddy Buckley, dated 1951 at Bettws y Coed on the half title. J M (Paddy) Buckley was a prominent mountaineer and walker and is best known for the Paddy Buckley trail in North Wales. This book came from his library and is an important association copy. With the exception of the ownership signature the book is clean and unmarked. 60 pp Hardback in green cloth boards with gilt title on front board and photographic frontispiece. Includes the panoramic sketches taken from the summit of cairn of Craig y Llan (loosely inserted). The picture on this listing page is of the actual book for sale.

Green cloth, lettered in gilt to front cover. 60pp, 13 x 10cm, designed to be portable in the field. With b&w photo frontispiece, and at the back are 2 fold-out panoramic sketches of the views from thee summit of Craig y Llan. Detailed text on routes and some advice on walking in the mountains. A Very Good copy. Clean bright covers, pages also clean and well-bound, the title page of the fold-out maps at back seems to have been glued to the back of the next page rather crudely (the map faces all visible).
