Light toning outer panels; splitting starting to three of the folds; else a near fine copy of a rare plan for the Island of Minoo. Only 1 copy located in online institutions. The plan for the Island of Minoo was produced for the Imperial Government of Iran's Ministry of the Interior in the late 1960s with the aim to transform Minoo Island (in the Arvand Rud River, near Abadan, Khuzestan Province, Iran) into a resort-development zone.
