From President Jefferson and Sec State Madison to US Senate. 1st section lists seamen impressed by Britain, giving: seamen's names, the date & place of impressment, ship detained on, nationality of seamen, outcome of seizure with remarks (1803 - 1807). Remaining sections are the applications made by American consul Wm.
