Binding tight and firm. Laid-in is a 'Review Copy' slip with the title typed at the head and the price and publication date (March 1, 1957) stamped at the tail of the slip. Also laid-in at front is an invoice from the publisher showing the shipping date as 6-20-57 with a postage amount of twelve cents. An excellent copy with very little wear.
