Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. No Jacket. 2nd Edition. They Came to Pennsylvania was written and has illustrated by Lucille Wallower. The book was published by Penns Valley Publishers Inc. in 1967 and is a stated Revised Edition. I believe the First Edition may have been published in 1960. The "Teaching procedures" included in the book were written by Ellen J. Wholey - Principal, John Wister School in Philadelphia. It's not an ex-library book and the book is in very good condition with no dust jacket and green cloth pictorial ("black-and-white) boards. The book is 6 3/8" by 8 1/2" and has 159 glossy pages with a Table of Contents, black-and-white illustrations and several pages of teaching suggestions and further information for the teacher to add/talk about. This is definitely a book for an older elementary student and not a primary one. It might also well be used for home-schooling when talking about Pennsylvania. Thank you. Lucille Wallower (ilustrador).…
