Folding plan of the estate tipped-in to rear, approximately 52 cm x 40 cm printed in various colours with lot numbers. Stapled printed light brown card wraps. Covers lightly creased with slight rust-marking at staples; very faint foxing to contents. A clean, near fine copy Details of the estate on the border of Leicestershire and Warwickshire, including a modern manageable residence and grounds and adjacent parkland and pasture, together with cottages and valuable building sites adjoining Hinckley and Burbage, totalling some 84 acres.

Stapled catalogue, with original printed wrapper. Wrapper soiled and with trace of use, inside with some notes in pencil. Especially the blank reverse side of the folding map contains many notes in pencil. Loosely inserted are [1] a typescript copy , dated 26th June 1931, from the auctioneers with the reserve prices (the Hall at £ 3000). [2] An original typescript letter from the solicitors to Captain Parlour at Darlington , dated july 11th, 1931 on selling differents lots to the tenants. [3] An original typescript letter from the solicitors to Captain Parlour , dated july 22th, 1931 announcing the results of the auction. ( The house did not sell ! - some farms did). The catalogue comprises 19 lots.
