"This book appears half a century after the declaration of the war which has become known as the Second World War. The book does not claim to be complete but to recognise that an attempt had to be made, even so belatedly, to record the names of those who gave to the defence of their country and its allies whatever they had to give." - Foreword. Printed upon glossy stock. 112 pages. Many pages of black and white reproductions of photos. Clean, bright and unmarked with very light wear.
