Bos, origineel kleurenlitho karton, 20,4 x16,7 cm. = Bundel sprookjes met composiete kleurenillustraties (meerdere scènes op een blad). 'Het witte katje' gaat over een koning die zijn drie zoons opdrachten geeft. De jongste zoon wordt door het katje geholpen om het fijnste garen, de schoonste hond en de schoonste vrouw te vinden, In het Klein Duimpje-verhaal gaan Klein Duimpje en zijn vrouwtje uit rijden in een rijtuigje. Onderweg krijgen ze gezelschap van Boontje, Strootje en kooltje Vuur. Het pannenkoekje uit het derde verhaal gaat er vandoor, maar wordt voor de helft opgegeten door een varken. De andere helft verdwijnt in de grond, en daar zoeken alle varkens nog steeds naar. Het laatste verhaal is gebaseerd op het stapelverhaal 'De geschiedenis van vrouw Dribbel en hare bigge', oorspronkelijk 'The history of the old woman and her pig' uit 1814. Opnieuw genaaid en netjes voorzien van een nieuwe linnen rug. Twee platen ontbreken.
