Paperback. Condición: Very Good. 4to. pp. 94., recto only. A collection of poems type written on A4 paper, with some handwritten corrections. Some of the pages include his typed name and address. Written on a paper bag is a handwritten note from the author consisting of about 75 words in which he says that these poems 'stand apart from the main body of my poetry'. Having been urged by people to collect them he hopes they will appeal to those who don't 'normally read poetry at all'. He mentions that some of them have appeared in the magazines 'Country Life' and 'Essex Countryside'. The Essex poet Frederic Vanson, (1919 Ð 1993) was also a journalist and lecturer. VG. Very good.
