Softcover, exterior wraps show toning and some spotting along with wear to the edges and corners- the worst corner being the bottom right of the front cover. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues and text pages are secure. No markings of any kind were found in the book, no remainder marks, nothing torn or loose. The pages do show usage and the title page does have spotting along the edges, but the book still in very usable condition. We acquired a large collection of chess books over 40 years ago, most of which were then packed away, and the boxes finally opened at the time of this listing - which is why the condition of this book looks like one that was not typically in circulation for all of these years.
