Illustrated with many b/ w charts and maps, including some that are folded and multi-paneled and attached and pasted as part of the book. There is also a pocket pasted onto the inside back cover that includes four large folded plates, that are in essence large folded maps. One of them is in color, the others are b/w. Book measures 9 x 11.25 with 302 pages. This volume is an ex-library book, that includes all the typical elements of ex-library book, which from Dartmouth University, part of the Sanborn Library Fund established by Edwin Webster Sanborn in 1878. This is a large and heavy volume and additional shipping charges will be required for all deliveries outside the United States.
