In very good condition although somewhat grubby. Paper watermarked '9 | TMAN'. At head of plate: 'M'. At foot of plate: 'Reynolds. Sct. Birm'. Two eagles… at head draping ribbon inscribed 'TOY-MAKERS &C.' and holding scroll headed 'Birmingham.' and listing 24 firms including 'BISSET, JAMES MUSEUM' and 'Hammersly, Ralph, Bath St.' Behind scroll illustration of city (Birmingham?) viewed from fields, with two cherubs (one holding a package), Mercury holding up a game. Winged cherub in foreground pointing upwards.
