Die elektronische Speicherung und Übermittlung von Wissen erleichterte den Austausch von Informationen zwischen Einzelpersonen und Behörden. Durch die aufkommende Frage der informationellen Selbstbestimmung ist das Registerrecht zu einem zentralen Thema geworden. 2023 haben wir dazu eine internationale Konferenz veranstaltet.
