The Earl Carroll Theatre Restaurant, once a dazzling icon of Hollywood's Golden Age, was more than just a dining destination-it was an immersive spectacle where cuisine and cabaret collided in flamboyant style. Known for its lavish stage shows featuring chorus lines of glamorous performers and eye-catching Art Deco interiors, the theatre transformed every meal into an event, blurring the line between restaurant and performance hall. Patrons didn't just come to eat; they came to be part of a world of glittering lights, sultry melodies, and theatrical extravagance, a place where the excitement of Broadway met the indulgence of fine dining. Its legacy endures as a symbol of the era's larger-than-life ambition and the audacious spirit of show business. Original 1949 program with dance ensembles by Edwin Gale. Filled with period ads. Two holes punched at spine ends. Light wear to edges.
