Extensively illustrated and with contributions from many authors covering Astronomy…, Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Agriculture, Engineering, Military Developments etc. Published between 1908 - 1910. Internally very good with dampstaining to boards of volumes 3 (top of spine area only), 5 (top board only)and volume 6 (middle of for-edge of rear board only). Some minor foxing to plates. Minor "cocking" to 3 voluimes. Please note that this is a heavy set (7.5Kg) and will require an additional shipping fee if to be sent outside the UK.
