Two volumes are on the Road of Anthracite in nineteenth and twentieth centuries, and the other volume is on the Route of Phoebe Snow, part one. All three are signed by Thomas Taber III on title pages, and book number is 2135 for all three. The Nineteenth Century book is missing the dust jacket. Hard covers published by author in 1977, 1980 and 1981. Blue covers with gilt lettering on spines. The back cover of the Nineteenth Century Anthracite volume is bowed some and has some red stains. Also included with this volume is a mimeographed page about Additions and Corrections to the D. L. & W. in 19th Century. The Twentieth Century Anthracite volume has a splayed front cover and has some foxing and spotting on endpapers. Dust jacket for this volume has a two inch tear at top in back, a small missing piece at bottom by spine, and has some other small tears. DJ has scuffing and foxing, and is in good minus condition. The Route to Phoebe Snow volume is slightly splayed, have some foxing and stains on first few pages, and bottom corners of first 62 pages are bumped and bent.
