Das französische Zitat des Dichters Louis Bertrand aus "Gaspard de la Nuit" bedeutet übersetzt sinngemäß: "Der Dichter ist wie die Levkoje, die sich zart und duftend an den Granit klammert und weniger Erde als Sonne verlangt.".
