A scarce and intimate picture into Poland's underground struggle against both Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. 8vo. Blue cloth with gilt spine, [8], 9-496 p., dust jacket. In Polish. Book is near fine with some light spotting to endpapers, but clean throughout. In a near fine, unclipped dust jacket, which is slightly rubbed with a couple of nicks along the top.

In the original black cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Original unclipped dust wrapper is sound with light wear and the odd small closed tear to the extremities. Light sunning to the spine with the odd small mark to the panels. Closed tears to the head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound with front free endpaper detached. Pages are very bright and clean with light age toning to the endpapers. Very Good. book.
