Añadir al carritoCondición: Very good. New edition (first published in 1950); oblong 4 1/4 x 6; pp. 2-87, [9]; pictorial, card stock wraps; leaves spiral-bound within; illustrated with photographs; light creasing to spine tips; very light overall wear; in very good to near fine condition.Although, most people associate Stouffer's with frozen food, the story actually began in 1898 in Cleveland, when James Stouffer and his son Abraham opened a creamery at a local market. After James' death in 1908, Abraham and his wife took over and grew the business, opening their first restaurant, called Stouffer Lunch, in 1924. By the 1930s, the company had restaurants in Detroit, Pittsburgh, and New York and by the 1960s - it has also expanded into the hotel business. The current booklet contained a variety of cocktails, "which had proved to be favorites" to the establishments' guests, including Frozen Pine Valley Cocktail, Scorpion Punch, and Cloud 666. It also contained a liquor dictionary, glassware guide, and appetizer suggestions.
