The removeable donation slip is still present and blank, requiring the name and addres of the donor, and a date.

The Palette is here present, a book-shaped card with thumb-hole, glazed to one side for the paints, a few splodges of which are still seen. The Paint Box, a black enamel tinned container with its full complement of 12 blocks of paint, is contained within a cut out at the top of the book block, c.4 x 2.5 inches.
