William Meredyth Somerville was born in 1802. He married Lady Harriet Conyngham, daughter of Henry Conyngham, 1st Marquess of Conyngham, & Elizabeth Dennison, on 22nd December 1832 in London. In 1860 he married Maria Georgiana Elizabeth Jones, daughter of Herbert George Jones and Maria Alicia Leeds, at the British Embassy in Paris. He lived at Somerville, Co. Meath. On December 14th 1863 he was created 1st Baron Athlumney of Somerville and Dollardstown, Co. Meath.He died on 7th December 1873, in Dover. He was buried at Kentstown, Meath on Dec. 13th 1873. His estate in Ireland and England was valued at under £12000. Size: Foolscap. Signed by Author(s).
