A VG 8vo hardcover in NO dust jacket (if issued). Blue cloth with black lettering and decoration, and on the upper board, a pasted color illustration. Boards have lightly rubbed corners and edges, the spine is sunned, and the cover illustration has some very light rubbing. The ffep has a penciled Christmas 1926 non-author gift inscription and penned collector notes (from 1980) by a prior owner. Includes a frontispiece and seven additional color illustrations, which along with the title/publication page, are on paper with considerably less age-tanning than the text pages. Remaining contents, 196 pp. + prefatory materials, are somewhat age tanned and have some light foxing, but are otherwise mark free, fully legible, and securely bound.
