A catalog inscribed on the front endpaper by Sidney Bergman, Honorary Curator of Ancient Glass at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and signed "Sidney". The text includes an essay by Bergman who organized and enlarged the collection, and an introduction by Andrew Oliver, Jr. who edited the catalog.
